# Can't move WordPress.com to WordPress.org

 * Hi, I’ve been trying to move my website [http://www.arkemists.com](http://www.arkemists.com)
   from wordpress.com to wordpress.org so I can start using plugins, but I am unable
   to do so. I host with hostgator.com, and i’ve installed and reinstalled wordpress
   on it 10 times, and I also tried to log on to [http://www.arkemists.com/wp-admin](http://www.arkemists.com/wp-admin),
   but everytime I go to the wp-admin adress, i keep getting the wordpress.com login
   page regardless of if i installed wordpress.org on hostgator or not. What can
   I do to start using wordpress.org?

 * You need to change name servers at registrar of your domain so that it points
   to your hostgator account looks is still pointing to wordpress.com
