Can’t migrate this, possibly unconventional methods

    Don’t know how they built this, the folders don’t actually exist, and running updraft plus migrations does not copy the metadata so although the images are migrated there are now a bunch of hideous blank placeholder spots all over our site. Not really impressed by this.

    Hi, thanks for contacting us… I should mention that our plugin does create real folders and is fully compatible with WordPress features. Maybe not with other plugins and their features like the one you mention. We will consider it.

    According to what you tell us (the images do exist but they are shown in white), the error is possibly in the url of the image, they are not being generated correctly when migrating your site. Or maybe it changed from http to https. In any case, our plugin does not move, copy or migrate the URLs, it only creates them when uploading the attachment.
