 * I can’t seem to make the shortcode work in my header.php file:
    <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[
   responsive-menu]’ ); ?>
 * I need the menu button to appear next to my Search box so, I have the shortcode
   inside a div container that holds my nav div and my search div.
 * With the Use Shortcode checkbox checked, and the above code in my header.php
   file, the shortcode displays as text and the button still appears as with your
   default plugin behavior.
 * Also, is there a way to have the plugin not display any button at all. I thought
   this was the purpose of the Click Trigger field but that doesn’t seem to do anything.
   How can I display my own button without entering an image file in the plugin’s
   Click Button Settings?
 * Thanks!
    Jeff

 * Okay, I got it working. I had to place your normal button off-screen to hide
   it. If you select to use the shortcode instead of the standard way, shouldn’t
   the standard button be hidden if you don’t enter a shortcode?
 * Thanks for a nice and easy mobile menu solution!
    I paid for a single license.(
   You should raise the price to at least £10!)

 * Hi Jeff,
 * Haha – don’t tempt me to raise the price, I think £5 is fair for now!
 * You can take advantage of your themes style.css file to hide the click button
   if you wish. I will take a look however and see if I can make it more user friendly
   for you.
 * All the best and thanks for your purchase!
