Can’t make active ads as end date always 1970

    After upgrading to 4.11.1 got an issue when editing or creating new ad.
    Both start date end end date always saved as 1970.
    This happens across all browsers: Chrome, Firefox.
    Suppose something wrong with new datepicker.
