Can’t login wp-admin after installing

    Hi guys,

    I installed your plugin today to test it out some hours ago, and since I installed and activated it I haven’t been able to login to the wp-admin, I do this:

    I got to /wp-login.php (since /wp-admin gives me auto Error)
    It ask my username and pass as usual, and I fill it as usual,
    Then it redirects me to the index, and if I try to go back to /wp-admin is says I have no permission.

    I’ve tried everything, manually changing the theme, renaming /plugin to disable them all, reseting .htaccess, etc, nothing works and I ran out of ideas.

    I even made a new admin via phpMyAdmin,

    Please help,

    Hi:

    It sounds like there’s something much more fundamental at work than just our plugin. There’s no way the plugin can cause all those issues just by activating. And it definitely can’t do that if you deleted it or renamed the plugin folder since no plugin code will be run then.

    I wish I could help but the description of the issue sounds like a general WP configuration issue rather than a plugin-specific issue.

    Hi,

    I’m thinking it might have had some conflict with WooCommerce, since my other plugins are more kind of “visual widgets”.

    Oh man, I’ll try to figure it out,

    Hi:

    If you delete the Awesome Support folder from the plugins folder then that would guarantee that its no longer a factor in anything you’re experiencing.
