# Can’t login with WordPress

 * Dear WordPress,
 * I’m having trouble logging in to a blog that requires my WordPress Account.
    
   More specifically, I try to log in, but it says that “this account doesn’t exist”,“
   unknown username” or “unknown email” and it keeps going with every attempt. Can
   you please help? The blog’s address, solely, is here: [redundant URL removed 
   by moderator] I hope you fix this issue and I hope the best for your team.

 * Well, if it tells you “this account doesn’t exist”, “unknown username” or “unknown
   email”, then that’s because it doesn’t have that account, that username, or that
   email. The error message is quite specific.
 * So, why did you forget your username and/or email?
 * Now, it is connected to Jetpack, so you can use a WordPress.com account to log
   into there too, but as it is a separate WordPress install, you can’t log into
   it if you have not done so before or don’t have an account there. There is no
   such thing as a “WordPress account” because usernames and passwords are not shared
   across all WordPress installs. Every WordPress site is a standalone thing. So,
   you don’t need a “WordPress account”, you need an “account on that specific site”
   to log into it.
