    I would love to use the support forum you provide, however I can’t seem to log in, even though I created an account on your website and received the license key correctly via email yesterday.

    The error message on your website says that it doesn’t recognize the username, I’m using the correct one however, tried the email address too, no such luck, even copied them from the account confirmation email, still no luck and no, I haven’t copied surrounding spaces… 😉

    I have a new translation for you if your interested and found some bugs too (and can provide you with the fixes which should be applied).

    Hi Todd, thanks for your response. I prefer not to give out usernames in an open forum, hopefully the below info will be enough for you to still find the account.

    Account registered Monday afternoon around midday GMT
    Username starts with verl…….
    Associated email address contains ….._nospam@…… .nl

    Does that give you enough to go on ?

    Our system automatically deletes accounts, and license keys associated with accounts, that appear to be fake, like when using “nospam” in the email address. I approved the deletion of that account, which is rare. You will need to create a new account.

    Curious. I would have thought that with a username which was in sync with the domain of the email address, a domain which contains a legitimate website and a clearly manually created email address, i.e. the complete text before @ (which is a way to filter mail and to combat email spam), it would be quite clear that this was a legitimate account.

    Oh well. Thank you very much for checking it out. If you don’t mind, I will use the same information again (if the system allows it) to create a new account and request a new license key for my customer. I will also create a personal account to use the forum and report the found bugs. The same email address philopsophy will be used, though I will use the username you know me as here.

    I hope you’ll leave the new accounts intact 😉

    Oh, by the by, the error message for the order form are a bit screwed up, you may want to look at that. Example:
