  • The wordpress.com login page?

Yes it brings me to the wordpress.com login page instead, try it and see if it works for you.

    READINGDIVA.COM/wp-admin/

That’s not a wordpress.com login page. That is the login page for your self-hosted site.

I know it is, but on my end when I click on that link it re-directs me to wordpress.com instead of the hosted site login.

I have clear the cookies on the browser just in case and nothing.

Do you (or did you) have a wordpress.com account at any time? If yes, was your domain name pointed to that wordpress.com account?

Yes, I have a wordpress.com account – but the domain was transferred to the hosting site as well. I haven’t point the wordpress.com account to the hosting side though… where should I do that?

Yes – and then wait about 72 hours to allow this change to fully propagate.

Where do I go to point my domain to the wordpress.com account? When I login to the wordpress.com account it shows me my current readingdiva.com account that wordpress used to host and my readingdivas.wordpress.com account. I want to be able to login to my readingdiva.com/wp-admin for my readingdiva.com domain.

Who did you register the readingdiva.com domain name with?

I first registered it with WordPress – but then I transferred the domain from Automattic to another “registrar” and it was completed successfully as per the emails I received from both Automattic and the other Registrar.

When did you make this change?

    Sept 19th was completed.

I’d leave it another 24 hours and then see if the move is complete.

    Esmi,
Thanks, I am now able to access my admin site. Thanks so much for the help and suggestions!
