Can't login to WP 404 after Network Solutions took site down

Hi All, I’m having trouble logging into a website my colleague used to run: http://davidsatter.com/wp-admin

I get this error: 404: Page not found
This error is generated when there was no web page with the name you specified at the web site.

Troubleshooting suggestions:

Ensure the page you are linking to exists in the correct folder.

Check your file name for case sensitivity . Index.htm is not the same as index.htm!

Temporarily disable any rewrite rules by renaming your .htaccess file if it exists.

Have tried several variations of it (wp-login.php gives me a 403 Forbidden, login and admin give me the 404 error)
If I just go to http://davidsatter.com/, I get:

This site is temporarily unavailable. Hosted by Network Solutions.

Contacted NS, they said the site was compromised because there was no CAPTCHA code, so the site was sending out thousands of emails, and they would put site back up once the issue was fixed. However, it seems I can’t fix the issue if they don’t put the site back up.

Any ideas? Your help would be greatly appreciated on this!
