Cant login to our wordpress and its CleanTalk again

    We have about 12 wordpress websites. We’ve added cleantalk to 3 of them and had nothing but problems since. We keep getting blocked out of our WP website and the latest one shows this error, any ideas how to stop this from happening?

    Now i have another problem with CLEAN talk on our other website. Can I get a refund for cleantalk? Im disabling it on both websites and will be uninstalling it.
    I dont wish to use it, it has caused too many problems and is creating downtime for my websites. I need something more stable.
    Please advise? Maybe I can request the refund on Paypal?
