TIP: can’t login to new host after migration

    Hi,
    thanks a lot for your powerfull and easy to use plugin.

    I had fun with not a real bug but something to be aware of.

    Some plugins define a COOKIE_DOMAIN in wp-config.php (when you use a cdn for example).

    This setting is not actually adressed by Duplicator, so when you try to connect to the new admin website you can’t because of cookies not set ; so remove or comment that line in wp-config.php to get in.

    Hope that helps and easy understandable (french here ;-))

    Hey @marties,

    Thanks for that tip! Right now the plugin will only warn if it sees that value. On the last step of the installer it will show a warning in the report if it finds the value but as you mentioned it will not try and update it at this point…
