I can’t seem to log in to my website. Basically when I go to the login page of my website, I just see the text [ultimatemember form id=nnn] but not the actual form.

Has the plugin gotten out of step with WP after the recent update to 4.9.8?

Since I can’t log in to my website (as admin) I can’t go to the dashboard to fix the issue by updating the plugin or removing it either.

would appreciate any help with this. I am rather new to the WP universe.

Hi @mathar,

You should be able to login via yoursiteURL.com/wp-admin page.
Please also check this doc on How to deactivate a plugin when you are locked out of WP-Admin

Also ran in to this issue. ~~Maybe some conflict between WP 4.9.8 release and the latest Ultimate Member version?~~ See further comment 🙂

@mathar @ultimatemembersupport I was able to fix this by disabling the plugin via that link above, then logging in as an admin in the wp-admin area, and reinstalling and reactivating the plugin. That brought up an extra screen from Ultimate Member plugin that went through some database updates, and that fixed the site and restored the login form for non-logged-in non-admin users. FYI

Thanks for the help. I had an additional issue in that wp-admin link had been disabled by another plugin, thankfully the support guys at my web hosting were able to sort it out.
