Have you tried doing another password reset?
I remember I just changed my username, login email and password for 1 time. Today I tried to reset my password, but I didn’t received any email about asking me to do the reset before.
What can do now?? I am so anxious.
Did the email go to spam?
I have checked it for many time, there was no email in relate go to spam.
If it were me, at this stage I’d update my credentials directly in the database, which WordPress recommends in the event that your website has been hacked and when you can’t login.
I’m cool doing this because I’m a developer, but I also realise not everyone is comfortable messing around in the database. Reach out to a developer you trust if this is the case, or, search for an online tutorial that could walk you through the process.
