Can’t login to my custom login page

I’m not sure about your current setup/site configuration but I’m assuming that you are using Defender’s “Mask Login Area” feature, right?

It doesn’t require any page to be created (the new login page doesn’t have to exist) because it actually “masks” existing login rather than creating a custom login page.

But I think we might be dealing with some kind of conflict here and most likely that custom login page is related to some other option on site. Can you tell me a bit more about your site’s configuration then?

I mean:
– am I right assuming that you are using “Mask Login Area” feature in Defender?
– are you using some other/additional security plugin(s) on site and if yes, what are they?
– is there any other/additional plugin/option (besides Defender) related to creation of custom login on site?

Also, can you try setting the “Masking URL slug” option in “Defender -> Tools -> Mask Login Area” settings to some other slug – something that is not pointing to any existing page on site – then clear all caches on site and test again if that new URL is working for you?
