Can’t login to dashboard, all other admin pages ok

Hi, I just installed wordpress, and like it alot. One bug though, I cannot get to dashboard page, or the index.php of wp-admin folder. ie, the login page does not redirect to index.php, although i can edit the posts etc using edit link once i wait long enough for the login page to load. Any ideas? Site is at http://www.charissa.name/blog

I read all the login issues, and none can resolve my problem. Experts, please help! Thanks!
