can't login to admin page: cookie error

    hi there,

    I am not very technical, so please help me so I can understand what it is I need to do exactly to login to my sit again.

    I know I recently upgraded to the newest version of WordPress (3.7.1) and just tried to login using my http://culinessa.com/wp-login.php

    I deleted all cookies, cleared cache and enabled cookies both in Safari and in Chrome. Not working. I keep getting the same error again and again, saying :
    “ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.”

    Please help me step by step how to tackle this problem so I can login again?

    You also have multiple errors pointing to the /instagram-for-wordpress plugin. Use your ftp client or the file manager in your hosts control panel to rename or remove just the /instagram-for-wordpress folder and see if anything changes.

    Ok! thanks Clayton for helping me, it worked!!

    Now not upgrading to 3.8 before making a backup!
