Can’t login to admin dashboard?

    This website has not been updated for awhile. I’ve been trying to login and the site keep telling me “the connection is not private” and after close the dialogue box it said “Unauthorized”. I can’t even get to the page to put in username and password.

    I’ve been looking around for any solution and try deactivate plugin and default the theme via cPanel files manager and nothing work for me.

    Please suggest what I should do next. Thank you.

    I think you have add folder protection. You need to contact your hosting provider to sort out this issue

    I’ve tried to check from files manager for folder protection and it did not on any protection. But I will try to contact my hosting provider again just to make sure. Thanks Rajan V.
