  • Thats strange ! Ideally you’d need to scan the connect code once and only the login code thereafter for each time you want to login. Also this is a one time per login scan.

    I’d like to take a closer look for you. Can you send me detailed logs ( right after this double scan happens ? ) To do so simply use the contact support option in the menu. It will attach a copy of the logs with it.

    I think I explained myself really poor. It wasn’t an automatic redirect, and the issue somehow solved itself.

    However, I suggest that when users try to log into a Keyy account on a mobile device, you probably shouldn’t give them a QR code as the only means.

    In the Premium version, you can also send it to them via email.
