Can’t Login and Get Support

    I’ve tried for TWO DAYS and the website won’t log me in. I put in my user name and password, it spins, and then just stops. So i went to login in on a different page, and it tells me my user name/password is wrong. I copied and pasted it FROM THE EMAIL SENT TO me. I got one response from support and that was to change the password. It wasn’t the wrong password as the issue is not resolved.

    Why did I pay $200 for a product if I can’t get support? Your update broke it so I uninstalled. But there are other issues I need resolved and I NEED THE SUPPORT I PAID FOR!

    This is ridiculous.

    Thanks for reaching out — sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties.

    Were you able to get this figured out?

    We’ve been really swamped lately with the changeover of support system and just tickets in general.

    If this hasn’t been resolved, ping me by username here and I’ll get this straightened for you. I say this because sometimes we’re only able to pop in over here once a week if we have time.
