Is it WordPress you cannot login to, or CPanel , or some sort of admin interface for your website ?

Has anything changed since the last time you logged in ? Possibly a theme, plugin or WP update ? Sometimes people leave ‘caps-lock’ on, and as they can’t see the password, don’t realise caps is on.

I can not log into my wordpress and cannot login to CPanel. why do people use wordpress with all of these problems and no one to help out? My website is ” myghettohastalent.com “. With CPanel, surely the username and password haven’t changed ? What is the message in CPanel ?
$200 from GoDaddy is ludricious. They should give that type of support for free.
What is the message when you try to login to WordPress ? Have you changed the admin username, or changed a password recently ?

If he can’t access CPanel, then he can’t get to the database.

Can’t log in; link to re-set password contiues to tell me “You Can’t Re-Use This Pass Word.” for passwords I have never used. This is the worst program!

I am having the same problem. I cannot log in to ministryofsmallthings.wordpress.com
I have tried my username, my email address ( I have wordpress on my phone and the email is correct I am using and I know the pw is correct.
I have tried to set it up again and the name of ministryofsmallthings has been taken. it is deeply frustrating, my facebook, pinterest and twitter are all set up around this.
The support I have seen here is really poor. You assume everyone is an IT expert, we’re not. PLEASE give visuals as well as text instructions and keep it simple.
