    I haven't been able to login to my account yet. I entered the e-mail address or user name 2 days ago and received an e-mail confirming that I requested a new password, including a link to confirm. When I click on that link I get the message that the key is not valid.

    So now, when I want to create a new password request by user name I don't get an e-mail anymore, when I enter the e-mail address it says there is no account connected to it.

    What gives?

    Sorry, forgot to mention, even though it should be obvious.

    It is not about the account that I wrote this request with. The other account I created for a friend.
