yes, i tried changing password through php and no luck
Did you remember to use MD5 encryption on the new password in the database?

what other options do i have? I cannot login with 2 user accounts and i need to ASAP, thanks
I was having problems with logging in & my pages loading, but as soon as I disabled Windows Firewall, I haven’t had one problem since. You should go back & check out about your firewall.

Thanks. I tried that and it didn’t work. It appears my site has been hacked since it has a lot of source code on pharmacy ads. I have read a lot on this topic and since there are so many files to look for to delete and it appears to have been corrupt for quite some time, I may uninstall and redo the entire site. Suggestions that are easier before I go that route? Also, i still cannot login to access the site. Is that Pharma virus able to change admin passwords and access too? thank you

Got it, thanks. I think since it’s not a huge site, I will uninstall and start over. thank you again
