# Can’t login

 * I have had this live for 5 years without issues and suddenly I can’t login and
   all I get is a page with ?????????????? lots of symbols. I can’t even roll back
   to a previous version.

    Thanks for getting back to me. No I have changed anything in the backend
   of the site for months. I have access to the cPanel but cannot login with wordpress
   and of course you must have seen how the live site looks. Yikes. So where can
   I change the php file name. Thanks Gary

 * Don’t change the name. Look at the file wp-config.php. It’s in the root of your
   site, probably public_htmml.

 * Hi Steve, I really appreciate your time trying to assist me. I guess you want
   to push me past my comfort level but I’m willing to give it a try. LOL
    I need
   to read this carefully a couple of times so I feel better about it. Not sure

 * I’m going to get more familiar with where all the files are first just so I have
   better idea of the structure then maybe I will reach out to them to be sure.

 * Hi Steve, sorry I haven’t followed up my hosting provider is migrating the site
   to a new server today and I wanted to see if that changes anything although they
   doubt that is the issue.
    Interesting that I just checked and the website works
   fine on my Android phone and Safari but not Chrome or Firefox does this suggest
   anything different to you?
