can you contact your webhost to see if everything is okay for their services and your account is still active
can you get to your website files using FTP
can you get to your database in your webhosting account?

I cant get into the webhosting account. My Account is still active, we had somebody update to the lastest version and also activated the woomcommerce plugin, then we are at this problem

I would suggest calling your webhosting company to get access to the account so you can start solving the issues.
Do you have access to a backup of the database and file?
