Do you have any security plugins installed?
List all of your installed plugins so we might know which plugin affected the way you login to your WordPress Admin Dashboard
Go into your ftp and rename the folder for the plugin being used to add the captcha. If you are using Google snippet, comment it out. Then try logging in.

I think reCaptcha is doing this. Something went wrong with that.
I’m not a computer geek, so if you be so nice and give me directions, I will try to do it…I think.

Hi experts. I have exactly the same problem. I’m not sure what to do to get to my dashboard now. I’m not an expert..wordpress website was set up by someone else but I have access to CPanel. Just not sure what to do. Need help.
