Cant log out of paypal to use another paypal account.

I cant seem to disconnect one paypal account to connect another. Help? It keeps staying logged in as the original account.

Happy to help. We have seen this issue happen just a handful of times.

Hi…I watched your video and it seems to skip over the issue that is the hangup. It does exactly as you show but when it gives the error and says to contact PayPal and then you choose disconnect that’s where the problem is. I noticed your logout window spinning and not changing. You clicked it again and it did the same and then suddenly your screen went to a fresh logon screen. What did you do b/t the stuck on logging out window and back to the fresh sign into PayPal screen? That’s my issue. I’ve been working on it for uncountable hours. Thanks
