Cant Log Into WordPress Website Because Of The “are you human” captcha

I’m not even getting the ability to log in. It only shows me the “Are you human?” ReCaptcha which gets caught in a loop whenever I complete it.

Its been happening since the WordPress 5.3.1. updated which happened automatically.

I deactivated all plugins which made no difference. I believe it to be an issue with the most recent update. Any way of resolving this urgently?
