Can't log into admin network

I tried installing multisites and thought I had succeeded, but now I can’t log into my admin network anymore. I get a message saying there have been too many redirects. Also one of my sites has become a duplicate of the other one, and the original site isn’t visible anymore.

Obviously I did something wrong, but what exactly and how do I fix it?
