    I can’t access my account on I’ve tried to reset my password four times to no effect – the email never arrives. I’ve tried to contact you guys thee times for help resetting my password and gotten no response over the last THREE MONTHS.

    I’m paying you guys $5.99 a month for a service I can’t access. If I don’t hear back from you in 24 hours, I’m going to initiate a chargeback process with my bank.

    I’m very sorry to hear this. I’m currently not in the office but will check for your emails when I’m in. Did you get no response from us at all? What e-mail address did you email us at? Maybe our emails get put in your spam folder or blocked by your domain.

    Finally! A response! Thank you!

    I contacted you through the contact form at since there’s no email address listed. I never got a response, never got a receipt for my initial purchase on 7/30/20, and never got any password reset emails. I checked my spam each time. I used a free gmail account.
