Can't log in to administrator panel

    Hi,

    A few hours ago I suddenly could not log in to my site (which is on my computer using Wampserver) as an administrator.

    I get this message:

    ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

    I checked and the cookies are enabled.

    Please help!
