Can't log in (Permalinks Issue)

This did not work at all. It takes me back to the same site that says nothing could be found. This is the url to what I get when I try to login.

I tried to do a restore, but I received an error message that the restore failed. I also tried to an update and that failed as well. I can’t seem to find a way to get to my dashboard. My theme is completely gone. Only text, but the layout and graphics are gone.

Is there anyway a later restore, i.e., from last week can be done or do I need to uninstall and reinstall my theme. I can’t seem to do anything at this point.

When I log into Blue Host and go through my cPanel, I select Website Builder -Wordpress. I tried both of these ways:

1. View existing intalls, select Admin login, then it takes me this url http://www.gracetogrow.com/wordpress/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gracetogrow.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

2. Imported an existing install, select Admin login, I’m directed to the same site http://www.gracetogrow.com/wordpress/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gracetogrow.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

Going directly to http://www.gracetogrow.com/ also redirects me to the same site as /wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gracetogrow.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

So I can’t log in or access my dashboard anymore. Not sure what broke.
