Can't locate/update my "Contact Address/Location" widget/plugin

    On my contact us page I have my correspondence address that incorporates a google map. I have now moved & want to update this information but I can’t for the life of me find where to update this within WordPress. All I have in the “sidebar_content” is up to my Linkedin & IMDB links. Then just the gravity form on the main part of the page.

    Please can someone point me in the right direction?
