Can’t locate header.php file for editing

    So in our WP.com site, I’d like to edit the header.php file via the theme editor, but it doesn’t appear in the listing. I only see style.css and functions.php.

    I’ve also tried to pull down the theme folder via SFTP, but again, most of the content isn’t there, only a redirect link that won’t take me anywhere.

    Any idea how I’m supposed to access this file?

    This is WordPress.org which supports self-hosted WordPress

    For WordPress.com issues you will need to ask on the support channels at WordPress.com.
