Support » Installing WordPress » can’t load custom image header

  • I’m using “Mandigo 1.29 by t0mmmmmmm” and the custom image header reads “Unable to create directory /var/www/vhosts/catholicdestination.com/httpdocs/community/wp-content/blogs.dir/273/files/. Is its parent directory writable by the server?” whenever I try to load what I want. I’ve tried other themes and there is no problem, but with this one it won’t load. What can I do…and I don’t want to use another theme either.

  • Knock-knock, anyone there? Does anyone answer questions, or is this just for show?

Not many use the Mandigo theme, and not everyone who uses it comes to the forum.

First off, you’re blogging on WordPress MU and not all themes are compatible with WPMU. I checked documentation of the theme, you have to upload the custom header images into the images folder of your theme. If you are not Site Admin or do not have admin privileges, you won’t be able to upload such images.

Solution: contact Site Admin and request upload of header images for your blog. Good luck.
