Have you tried deactivating all of your plugins… manually refreshing your browser cache… and trying again?
yes i have deactivated the plugins and cleared the cache..now what should i do? It still isnt working. I have tried on Google Chrome and Safari

oh so the basic theme it worked. so does that mean my current theme wont work in the upgraded wordpress?? or what should i do to keep my theme i had?
Yes. The theme is the issue. Have you tried contacting the theme developer to see if there is an update? Or if they are aware of the incompatibility?

Okay. I don’t have any personal experience with their products… but I think they are one of the bigger players.. and I would imagine they would update their existing themes to be compatible.
