Can’t leave any comments with GDPR activated

Hi there,

Didn’t find anything about this problem except this comment here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-you-need-to-accept-the-terms-and-conditions-to-post-a-comment/
When GDPR is activated we can’t post comments anymore and get this error message: “ERROR: You need to accept the terms and conditions to post a comment.”
Note that users don’t need to register, we just ask a name and email in order to post.

By any chance if anybody has a solution or an idea of what happens. Thank you.
