# Can’t issue refund

 * When we click to refund an order, the blue refund buttons say “$0.00” and the“
   Refund amount” is greyed out even though the “Total available to refund” is “
   $53.98”. Why is that? I want to issue a full refund. This seems broken. See screenshots:

 * I think this was a misunderstaning on my part. The non-editable greyed out area
   for “Refund Amount” confused me but I was able to issue a full refund by editing
   the quantity amounts in the line items above. The refund was successful.
