# Can’t Install using FTP

 * If you extract the files you get a folder called ‘process-steps-template-designer’
 * If you FTP this directory to your WordPress plugin folder you can install it 
   with no errors but it will not work. The folder have to be renamed ‘process’ 
   before installation in order for it to work.
 * Please change the name of the folder to ‘process’
