# Can't install theme

 * I’m trying to install a theme that says it works with v3.6, but whenever I use
   the UI’s install, it has an upload progress in the bottom left of my browser,
   and then a page pops up that asks if I’m sure I want to do this, but the only
   option is “Please try again”.
 * When I try to install it manually into the wp-themes folder on my domain, I then
   can’t find the theme in the UI to choose it as my theme.
 * Anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

 * Have you asked them how to install their themes? ThemeForest seems to have some
   unusual way of packaging their themes – many people report similar issues.

 * It says to install it via the Word Press UI, but it gives me that Please Try 
   Again.
 * And it tells me to put it into the wp-themes folder.
 * I’ve done some exploring, and found in the wp-content folder, there is a “themes”
   folder. Should I manually install it to there and see if it works?

 * Fixed it. That worked. Their installation guide is just pointing to the wrong
   directory. Thanks for the help!
