# Can't install theme

 * I just installed 3.4.1 and then went to themes to look at reinstalling the theme
   I had on my previous install. I zipped and installed it and it says it cannot
   install. I searched for the same theme by clicking “add new” or whatever that
   button says, it can’t install. No theme will install. What is going on?

 * Thanks for the reply. No theme will install. For example, with Responsive I got
   this error message:
 * Could not create directory. /services/webpages/util/1/3/13g4flspg.myutilitydomain.
   com/redballoontoystore.com/public/w/wp-content/themes/responsive/

 * Try changing the permissions on the wp-content directory to 766. If you still
   have problems, try 767, 775 or 777. Once your uploads are working, change the
   permissions on wp-content back to 755 again and check that everything still works
   OK.
