I’ve inherited a website and only have basic knowledge about wordpress. I want to install a plugin to have a constantcontact form embedded in our wordpress site.

Except Plugins aren’t a menu option for me.

I am logged in as the admin, and I changed the permissions so that the admin has every role, and gave myself every permission to add or delete plugins… but it’s still not there.

Can anyone either provide an idiot’s guide to how to fix this, or… let me know how do I contact WP and ask? I can’t find a phone number.
