Can’t install plugins

    So it seems that every time I want to try to install a plugin, there’s a timeout, and I can’t install anything. I’ve even tried to install FCKEditor manually, and it doesn’t show up. I’ve seen no support, even for others who have asked for help. What’s up with that, and how can I expect to be able to use the wp service? What should I do?
