# Cant install, or edit plugins section

 * I got tons of mail of site lockout notification last week, and after that, I 
   saw that I can’t do any changes only in plugin section, it’s just frozen, no 
   install, add deactivate, setting, update, nothing is worked. <please help me 
   with this
