Can't install on more than one site on my hosting

I had a site with the older version of this plugin installed and it was working fine for a while, then having not updated in a short while I was locked out and I had to delete the plugin through my server in order to gain access again. So then I installed the newest version and it was working fine, but as soon as I installed it on another website within the same server they both locked me out from accessing the site in anyway, so I had to remove it from both sites. Is this not possible to have on more than one site on my hosting?
