Cant install buddypress.

Hello,

i wanted to install buddypress.
sins im using bbpress.
but somehow it gave me this a error about.

i googled and ive seen a few tutorials.

BUT! i am using a diffrent host. in my case.
http://www.000webhost.com/
so i am not accesable to the php.ini file
(they said something to change it in php.ini)
but cant acces it.

how do i do this..
