# can’t install

 * After everything is uploaded to the website and I try to open the install.php
   file in the web browser, all I get is the HTML style language and the file will
   not open, so I can get no further with the installation. I have designated a 
   database on my website server (web.com)and have filled in the username and password.
   Any ideas?

 * Hmmm sounds like php is not installed/running on the server.
