 * I can’t install your plugin, because it returns a fatal error:
    Fatal error: 
   Cannot redeclare wp_mail() (previously declared in /htdocs/wp-includes/pluggable.
   php:224) in /htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-pgp-email/encrypt.php on line 26

 * I tried renaming the wp_mail function to wp_pgpmail() in encrypt.php and the 
   plugin then activates … but it does not send an email .. it just hangs
