I have weird problem. I just cant insert contact form inside post or page. I fill everything and when i click add form to post nothing happens i keep pressing that blue button but it looks like there is no button.

Any idea what could be wrong. BTW i have this problem on 20 websites. Was thinking that is Simple Facebook Connect problem since most of my sites use that plugin but now on one site that is not using it i have same problem.

ok here are some of them:

All of this sites are fresh installed and posts imported trough importer. And i do use more or less same plugins on all of them, so maybe is plugin conflict?

When creating form i can add, remove fields, update , save email notifications, only add this form to my post is not working.

Could you try to disable all caching plugins, like WP Minify, and see if that helps?

If you still experience issues, could you check for errors in the Javascript Console when trying to add the form to the page?

There is a conflict with gocodes redirection plugin:
http://www.webmaster-source.com/gocodes-redirection-plugin-wordpress/

It is nice plugin but it looks like i would need to drop it.
