Can't insert Articulate content (no button?)

Hello. I can’t figure out how to get this plugin to work how I need it to. I have a website created and a portfolio section that I need to add my Articulate content to. My site is not set up like a blog, so it doesn’t work for me to use the ‘Add Post’ option to upload the content. I need to be able to upload the content through a content box, so everything can be nicely organized into proper columns, etc. However, none of the content boxes have the little Articulate ‘a’ button to be able to add (like in your video). I doesn’t look like I can upload a screenshot anywhere (kind of important for a support forum, I would think). Hopefully you can understand what I mean without it?
