Support » Plugin: WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway » Can’t input credit card information during checkout

I am currently having issues with the Woocommerce Stripe Payment Gateway. The issues arises during checkout. After adding an item to my cart and filling out all my billing information, I get to the bottom of the page and select my payment method (pay with credit card through this gateway). Input fields display for the credit card number, expiration date, and ccv code but they are not the correct size and are not selectable. This causes users who do not have credit cards saved to their account to be unable to continue through checkout or make payments. We have enabled the ability for users to save Credit Cards to their accounts. Our users are able to save their credit cards to their accounts prior to going through check out and are able to successfully use that card. This is our current work around, however we need users to be able to input their payment information at checkout as well. This is a link to a google photo album containing screen shots of our issue (Checkout Images). Please let me know if you have a fix or any suggestions.

    Woocommerce Plugin Version: 3.5.7
    Woocommerce Stripe Gateway Version: 4.1.15

We also use woocommerce bookings, and woocommerce forcesells.

    Hi @hifoo,

Thanks for those screenshots. Let’s make sure this is not a theme or plugin conflict with Stripe.

First, backing up your live site before any testing and updates is highly recommended. If you would prefer not to do testing on your live site, first make a back up of your site, then create a staging site using this plugin WP Staging. This creates a copy of your live site where you can make tests without affecting your live site.

Temporarily switch your theme to one of our default – Storefront or Twenty Nineteen, then deactivate all plugins except for two – WooCommerce and Stripe. If it shows correctly, then it’s a theme or plugin conflict. Reactivating each plugin one at a time, then see if the issue pops up again will tell us which plugin is conflicting.

    Thanks!
